You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your password secure, and notify us of any unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use Melatonin to store illegal or harmful content, violate any laws, access other users' data without authorization, or interfere with the service's operation.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your notes. You grant us a limited license to store and display your content to provide the service. The Melatonin name and software are our intellectual property.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may close your account by contacting us.

7. Disclaimer

Melatonin is provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
